Mr. P. Srinivasan Company Secretary

		Mr. P. Srinivasan, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has over 27 years of experience in Secretarial/Legal/Finance Functions with various companies. He was associated with M/s. Pentafour Products Limited, M/s. DSP Financial Consultants Limited, M/s. Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited, M/s. BCC Computers Limited, Caterpillar Group. Prior to joining our group he was working as a Company Secretary of M/s. Take Solutions Limited.
