		G. Srinivasa Ramanujan, a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed his MBA in Finance from Sri Venkateswara University. He has over 17 years of experience in the areas of Financial Reporting, Consolidation of accounts, Taxation, Internal controls, working capital management, corporate restructuring and secretarial compliance.
